Are there requirements for uploading files?

If you are looking to create a custom design using an image, there are several requirements you should consider to ensure that the final product looks professional and meets your expectations. Here are some important considerations:

Image quality: The quality of the image you use will have a direct impact on the quality of the final product. Ensure that the image you upload is high-resolution (at least 300 dpi) and is in a format that supports transparency (such as PNG or TIFF).

Image size: Make sure that the image you provide is large enough to be scaled up or down without losing quality. If the image is too small, it may appear pixelated or blurry when enlarged.

Image placement: Consider the placement of the image in your design. Will it be a focal point or a background element? Will it be placed on a dark or light background? These factors can affect the visibility and impact of the image in the design.

Image licensing: Ensure that you have the necessary permissions or licenses to use the image for your design. Using copyrighted images without permission can lead to legal issues.

File format: Determine what file format the design should be in (such as JPEG, PNG, or PDF) and what resolution is required for the final product. (this is for digital design orders only)

Will I receive the same product that I see in the picture?

Certain items are readily available for immediate shipment, while in the case that a longer period of time is required to create a piece, I will make note of this in the product description. However, it is important to note that with botanical replicas, each individual stem is crafted anew, rendering the exact replication of a previously sold item impossible, but always as close as possible to the real botanical specimen.

How can I return an item?

Returns and exchanges within 7 days of receiving the item: Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and any loss in value if an item isn't returned in original condition.

Digital items

Digital items aren't eligible for returns or exchanges because of the nature of these items. 

Will you restock items indicated as “out of stock?”

Some items I will no longer recreate, however, please contact me if you are interested and I will let you know if I am capable of creating a similar item for you.

Where can I ship my order?

Currently, I only ship within the continental US. Shipping is only to an actual address, no P.O.Box shipping, please.

Can I cancel my order?

Due to the Custom nature of every order, once the items have been started or already created, they would no longer be able to be cancelled.

What if my order arrived broken?

I do all my best to package each item with much care and security, and unfortunately, broken glass domes, happened to my customers twice (since 2015) and it was so upsetting for both sides. After receiving a proof of damage, I refund or replace the item if possible. I am not responsible for the Postal service's handling and speed of delivery, which is the only thing that is out of my control.
